  • accept entry fees
  • distribute winnings
  • guarantee any contest outcomes

Users participate in fantasy contests hosted by third-party platforms at their own discretion.

Independent Platform

SquadLogic is an independent analytics platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any fantasy sports operators or contest providers.

No Guarantee of Results

Fantasy sports contests involve uncertainty and competition. SquadLogic does not guarantee winnings, rankings, or contest success.

The platform provides analytical insights and tools only.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for their own decisions when participating in fantasy contests. SquadLogic is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through participation in fantasy sports.

Intellectual Property

All content on the SquadLogic platform including:

  • software
  • algorithms
  • optimization systems
  • platform design
  • analytics models

are the intellectual property of SquadLogic.

Users may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Prohibited Use

Users may not:

  • attempt to reverse engineer the platform
  • misuse the service for commercial redistribution
  • share account access with unauthorized users
  • attempt to disrupt platform operations

 

Account Termination

SquadLogic reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.

Limitation of Liability

SquadLogic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service during the previous 30 days.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
