SquadLogic (“SquadLogic”, “we”, “us”) is a product of Vashistam Digital (OPC) Private Limited, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website (squadlogic.in and app.squadlogic.in) and our Android app, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
SquadLogic is a fantasy cricket analytics and team-generation tool. It is meant for users aged 18 and over.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
Phone number. Used to log in with a one-time SMS code.
Google account details, if you sign in with Google or connect Google to your account: your name, email address and Google account ID. We never see your Google password.
Country. Asked once when you first sign in with Google, so we can show the right prices.
Messages you send us, for example support emails.
Information created when you use SquadLogic
The matches you open, the options you choose and the teams you generate or save.
Usage records, such as how many teams you generated and when, used for plan limits and to keep the service working.
Your plan and payment history: the plan, dates, amount and payment reference numbers.
Information collected automatically
Device and log information, such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and crash or error logs.
Advertising ID (Android app). The app shows ads through Google AdMob, which uses your device’s advertising ID. You can reset or delete it in your phone’s settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
Cookies and similar technologies on our website. They keep you logged in, remember your settings, and measure visits and marketing (see section 4).
Payment information. Payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card number, UPI PIN or bank login.
2. How we use your information
To create your account and log you in (SMS code or Google sign-in).
To provide the service: loading matches, generating and saving teams, and applying your plan’s limits.
To process payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds, and to keep accounting and tax records.
To show ads to users on the Free and Starter plans.
To understand how SquadLogic is used and to improve it.
To send service messages, such as login codes and important account or payment notices.
To prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep the service secure.
To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
3. Who we share information with
We share data only with service providers that help us run SquadLogic, and only what they need:
Google: Google Sign-in, and Google AdMob for in-app ads.
Razorpay: payment processing.
MSG91: sending SMS login codes.
Meta (Facebook): measuring our marketing (Meta Pixel on the website and the Meta SDK in the app).
Hosting providers: our servers, database and website run on cloud providers (Railway and Vercel). Your data may be stored or processed outside India.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users’ safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.
4. Ads, cookies and your choices
Ads. Free and Starter plans show ads from Google AdMob. Pro, Elite and Season Pass plans are ad-free.
Users in the UK, EU and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown. You can refuse. To change your choice later, contact us at support@squadlogic.in.
Personalised ads. You can opt out of personalised ads in your phone’s settings, or learn more at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the website, such as staying logged in, may not work without them.
5. How long we keep your information
Account information is kept while your account is active.
Generated teams are temporary and are removed after the match.
When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data straight away (see section 6). We keep payment and subscription records, which no longer identify you, for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
6. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time:
In the app or on the website: Account → Delete account.
Without logging in: visit https://app.squadlogic.in/delete-account, or email support@squadlogic.in from your registered email or with your registered phone number.
When you delete your account, we:
Remove your phone number, name, email address and Google account link.
Delete your saved teams and usage history.
Turn off your referral link.
Cancel any recurring subscription, so you are not charged again.
Payment records are kept in anonymised form, as explained in section 5. Deletion cannot be undone.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the UK/EU GDPR, you may have the right to:
access the personal data we hold about you;
correct it;
delete it;
withdraw consent you have given;
object to or restrict some uses of it.
To use any of these rights, email support@squadlogic.in. We will reply within a reasonable time and as the law requires. If you are in the UK or EU, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to our systems. No online service can be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
SquadLogic is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above, and for important changes we will let you know in the app or on the website.
